黄土高原的水土流失有面蚀和沟蚀两个主要方面 ,危害都十分严重 ,要有效地控制水土流失 ,必须坡沟兼治 ,综合治理。根据黄土高原的特点 ,在抓紧坡面治理的同时 ,应加大沟壑库坝建设速度。根据量入为出的原则 ,沟壑坝系工程建设事业应首先快速发展 ,以促进面上综合治理 ,使投资效果更好 ,提高黄土高原生态环境建设的整体效益

Measures and Their Effects of Gully Management of the Loess Plateau

The surface erosion and gully erosion are the two major erosions of soil and water loss in the loess plateau. Both of the erosions are very dangerous. It must control slope and gully concurrently and conduct comprehensive management then could we control soil and water loss effectively. According to the characteristics of the loess plateau, we should strengthen the slope surface management while speed up the construction of dams and reservoirs in gullies. According to the principle of the amount of releasing should be less than that of inflow, dam system construction in gullies should be firstly and quickly developed for promoting the general comprehensive work, receiving better effects of investment and increasing the overall benefits of ecological environment construction of the loess plateau.
