甘肃河西地区荒地垦殖潜力分析

甘肃河西地区是我国西北重要的后备土地资源地区之一 ,但近几年由于生态环境不断恶化 ,人口增加对土地的持久压力 ,河西地区土地质量不断下降 ,要实现新世纪河西地区经济腾飞 ,实现可持续的长远发展 ,河西土地可垦资源的开发利用与保护就成为重要议题 ,深入探讨河西荒地宜垦潜力也就显得尤为必要。本文基于 GIS技术 ,分析了河西可垦荒地资源的类型、数量、质量 ,回答了荒地资源的沙漠化速率问题 ,讨论了在水分与土地利用模式两大限制因子的影响可能变化下河西荒地的动态垦殖潜力 ,为荒地资源的合理开发与管理提供依据

Analysis on the Cultivating Potentiality of Avalable Wastelands in Hexi Region

Hexi region in Gansu province is one of the important reserved-land regions in the northwest of china,but its land quality has kept descending for several decades because of the environment deterioration and the burden of increased population.For sustainable development in Hexi region,it becomes an essential discussion to properly utilize and protect wastelands and is necessary to research the cultivating potentiality of the wastelands. \ \ Based on GIS,the paper analyzed several subjects of the wastelands such as its types,qualities and quantities,and explained about the desertifcation rate of the wastelands in Hexi region.Furthermore,it also discussed the dynamic potentiality of the wastelands cultivation under the effects of changed water conditions and land-use patterns. \ \
