晚清时期太平府的水灾及其应对研究

In response to the flood, the Qing court, the Taiping government and the folk gentry respectively took measures such as post-disaster relief, coordinating the relief effort and donation. In particular, the Taiping Prefecture has formed a good way to build the polder land and restore the agricultural economy.
