| 摘 要： | 为了对辽宁省某养鹅场10日龄患病鹅作出正确诊断和治疗,利用实验室诊断和药物敏感试验对病菌进行分离培养与鉴定。结果表明,该病病原为沙门氏菌,对培氟沙星、环丙沙星、痢特灵等药物高度敏感,对卡那霉素等药物中度敏感,对磺胺嘧啶钠等药物不敏感。选用敏感药物进行治疗,收到良好效果。

| Abstract: | The gooses of one farm in Liaoning province caught the disease. Salmonellosis was diagnosed according to laboratory detection. And then the drug sensitive test was carried out. The result showed that the bacterimn was most sensitive to pefloxacinum, Ciprofloxacin and furaxone, more sensitive to amkin, not sensitive to sulfadiazine sodium. The infected gooses were cured effectively with the sensitive drugs. |
