超临界CO2萃取乌饭树叶总黄酮的工艺

摘    要:采用单因素与正交试验对超临界CO2萃取具有抗氧化抗衰老作用的乌饭树叶总黄酮的工艺进行了研究.试验结果表明,最佳的提取条件为:萃取压力18MPa,萃取时间1.5h,萃取温度50℃,夹带剂乙醇浓度75%,CO22流量20kg·h-1,夹带剂添加量5mL·g-1.验证试验表明,乌饭树叶总黄酮平均提取率为73.10%(n=3,RSD=3.58%),证明该条件确为最佳提取条件.

Technology of supercritical CO2 extraction of total flavone from the leaves of Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb.

Abstract:Single-factor experiment and orthogonal test were applied to optimize supercritical fluid CO2 extraction conditions of an- tioxidant and anti-aging total flavone from the leaves of Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb.. Results suggested the optimized conditions were pressure 18 MPa, time 1.5 h, temperature 50 ℃, co-solvent ethanol concentration 75% , flow of CO2 20 kg ·h-1 , addition of co-solvent 5 mL · g- 1. Test experiment showed average extraction rate of total flavone from the leaves of V. brctcteatum Thunb. was 73.10% (n =3, RSD =3.58% ). This condition has been proved to be the optimized one.
