摘    要:利用重力热耦合场流分离技术对牛黄清肺散进行了分离,并用光学生物显微镜评定分离效果.结果表明,采用重力热耦合场流分离技术可很好地分离牛黄清肺散样本中各成分.

Abstract:Niuhuangqingfeisan was separated by the technology of gravitational field coupled with thermal field-flow fractionation, and the separation effect was assessed using optic biological microscope in the experiment. The results showed each ingredient in Ni- uhuangqingfeisan particulates could be separated by this fractionation technology.
