| 摘 要： | 根据计量资料差异量的不同衡量标准，借助置信区间估计理论，分别给出了绝对差异量和相对差异量的统计测定方法，在找到计数资料的参数检验方法的基础上，提出了适于确定计数资料差异量置信区间的一般方法。推断差异量的置信区间是在处理效果间经统计检验为差异显著的下进行的。 |

| Abstract: | In general,statistical test can only give the conclusion if there is significant difference between two treatments being compared,but usually it is needed to answer the question that the difference was how much in animal experiment.The statistical methods of absolute and relative differences for measuring data have been presented respectively according to the theory of confidence interval estimation.Based on getting parameter testing method for counting data,the general estimation formula proper to determine confidence interval also has been given.The confidence interval is deduced under the condition that the difference is significant.
