| 摘 要： | 用节水灌溉替代落后的大水漫灌方式是降低成本增加和解决当地水资源供需矛盾的关键所在。本文依据 2 0 0 0年甘肃省灌区普查资料对灌区水资源利用现状进行了分析 ,在此基础上结合甘肃省 2 0 0 5年节水灌溉工程规划 ,对实施节水灌溉后的环境经济损益进行了分析与评价。

| Abstract: | It is critical to reduce the cost and increase the benefit by replaing the conventional irrigation with the water-saving irrigation.it is also the key to solve the problem of water demands with respect to local water resources.Based on the investigation data in 2000 in Gansu rovince,the present situations of water use in the irrigation regions were presented and on the plan of water saving irrigation projects for 2005,the eco-economic cost and benefit after the projects completion were also analysed and estimated. |
