摘    要:测定鲁单981号品种玉米在不同浓度NaCl胁迫下的生长及生理指标变化。结果表明,随NaCl浓度的增加,植株叶绿素含量下降,生长减慢,干物质生产减少;叶片中脯氨酸、MDA含量升高,质膜相对透性增大。60~90mmol/LNaCl浓度是该玉米品种的耐盐临界点。

Abstract:Maize-Ludan 981 seedling was treated with NaCI with different concentrations. The result showed that the chlorophyll content, plant growth and biomass were all decreased with the increasing of the concentration of salt. The proline content, MDA content and cell membrane permeability of functional leaf were all increased with the increasing of the concentration of salt. The critical point of salt tolerance of the maize- Ludan 981 seedling was 60-90 mmol/L NaCl.
