摘    要:随着分子生物学技术在花粉生物学研究领域中广泛的应用,花粉发育过程中一些关键问题及其有关分子机理的研究均获得了重要进展。对花粉发育及其特异基因的克隆、表达和调控进行了综述。

Abstract:In recent years, significant progress has been made in researches on plant pollen development with the application of modern molecular biological techniques. As a result, many specific genes in plant pollen development have been cloned. The cloning, expression and controlling of specific genes in developing pollen were reviewed briefly.
