| 摘 要： | 室内测定了8种杀菌剂对大蒜腐霉菌菌丝生长的抑制作用。百泰、多宁、猛杀生、可杀得、克露和抑快净为有效杀菌剂,甲基托布津的抑制效果不明显,适乐时不具有抑菌效果。百泰的EC50为2.612 mg/L,抑菌效果最好,抑快净、猛杀生、可杀得、克露和多宁效果次之,EC50分别为25.876、18.247、94.598、18.870mg/L和359.361 mg/L。在田间药剂筛选试验中,百泰和多宁的拌种试验,防效为91.86%和81.46%,均优于其它供试药剂。

| Abstract: | The effects of eight fungicides on mycelial growth of Pythium were determined under laboratory condition.Among the tested chemicals,seven of them effectively inhibited the mycelial growth of Pythium except Fludioxonil.The EC50of Thiophamate-merhyl,Copper calcium sulphate,Mancozeb,Copper hydroxide,Cymoxanil & Mancozeb,Ovraclostrobin & Metiram and Famoxadone & Cymoxanil were 558.320,359.361,18.247,94.598,18.870,2.612 and 25.876 mg/L respectively.Ovraclostrobin & Metiram had the lowest EC50 value and exhibited the highest inhibitory action to Pythium.The field test showed that Ovraclostrobin & Metiram and Copper calcium sulphate for seed dressing were better than the others with the control efficiency of 91.86% and 81.46% respectively. |
