IGF-1和IGF-1R基因在辽宁绒山羊皮肤组织中的表达

摘    要:为了研究类胰岛素生长因子1(IGF-1)和类胰岛素生长因子1受体(IGF-1R)基因在绒山羊绒毛生长不同阶段皮肤组织中的表达差异,试验采用实时荧光定量PCR技术对非产绒期和产绒期辽宁绒山羊皮肤中IGF-1和IGF-1R基因的表达进行了测定。结果表明:辽宁绒山羊皮肤中IGF-1和IGF-1R mRNA的表达量在产绒期均极显著高于非产绒期(P<0.01),产绒期IGF-1、IGF-1RmRNA的表达水平分别是非产绒期的8.30倍和7.49倍。说明IGF-1和IGF-1R基因可能与山羊绒周期性生长有关。

Abstract:To study the expression differences of IGF-1 and IGF-1R gene in skin of cashmere goats at different growing periods,the expression of IGF-1 and IGF-1R gene in skin tissue of Liaoning cashmere goats at the cashmere non-growing period and the cashmere growing period were measured by using Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.The results showed that the expression levels of IGF-1 and IGF-1R mRNA were significantly higher at the cashmere growing period than that of at the cashmere non-growing period(P<0.01).The expression levels of IGF-1 and IGF-1R mRNA in skin tissue at the cashmere growing period were 8.30 and 7.49 times of the cashmere no-growing period,respectively.The results indicate that the IGF-1 and IGF-1R gene may be related to the cyclical growth of cashmere.
