基于Pro/TOOLKIT的挤压膨化锥形螺杆参数化建模

摘    要:锥形螺杆是秸秆挤压膨化机的重要零件,通过分析其结构特点,确定了该螺杆的结构驱动参数.利用Pro/E参数化设计功能及其二次开发模块Pro/TOOLKIT,在VC++6.0开发环境下对其进行了参数化设计,实现了锥形螺杆的参数自动化建模,为进一步进行螺杆的有限元分析和优化设计奠定了基础.

Abstract:Taper screw rod is the key component of extrusion machine.This paper determines the parameters that drive its structure through analyzing.By using of parametric design functions of Pro/E and secondary development module Pro/TOOLKIT,the paper carries on parametric design of screw under VC++6.0 development environment.The item achieves automated modeling of screw,and it will lay the foundation of further finite element analysis and optimization of the design of screw.
