| 摘 要： | 土地问题是制约农村社会经济发展的重要问题,促进农地使用权的规范、有序、合理流转是贯彻《土地承包经营法》、实现农地适度规模经营的需要。在实地调查的基础上,分析了会理县农村土地使用权流转现状,并针对存在的问题提出了相应对策。

| Abstract: | Land issue is a key issue which constrains the development of rural soc-economy.To Promote rural land use right transfer normally,orderly and reasonable is the demand to implement the law and realize scale operation.On the base of field surveying,the current situation of rural land use right transfer was analyzed.The suggestion was put forward on existed problems. |
