不同抗原在兔豆状囊尾蚴病血清学诊断中的研究

本试验首次应用兔三状囊尾蚴的囊液分馏物和猪细颈囊尾蚴的囊液作抗原，同兔豆状囊尾蚴的囊液和头节、囊壁抗原，用炭凝集试验检测了兔豆状囊尾蚴病的阳性血清及阴性血清，分析、比较了各种抗原诊断兔豆状囊尾蚴病的应用效果。结果：兔豆状囊尾蚴囊液通过葡聚糖凝胶Ｇ－２００过柱，所得第二峰蛋白抗原性最强，特异性最好，阳性符合率最高；其次是兔豆状囊尾蚴的液囊抗原；猪细颈囊尾蚴囊液抗原性，特异性都较上两种抗原低，但对兔体内寄生１０个以上豆状囊尾蚴的检出率还是较理想的；而免豆状囊尾蚴的头节、囊壁抗原性小，不能用于该病的诊断。

STUDY ON IMMUNODIAGNOSIS OF CYSTICERCOSIS PISIFORMIS IN RABBITS WITH SEVERAL ANTIGENS

This experiment first nced the bac liquid fractionated bubs tance of Cysticercus pisiformis of rabbit and the sac liquid of C. tenuicollic as antigens, with the sae liquid, scolex and sac wall antigen of C. pisiformis of rabbit, testing the positive sera and negative sera of Cysticercus pisiformis in charcoal agglutination reaction. The effect of ceveral ant igenc were compared and analysed in diagnosis of Cysticercosic pisiformis. The result showed,af ter the sac liquid of C. pisiformis passed through Sephadox G-200 column,the second prote in peak antigen wad gained, it having stronggest antigenicity,best specificity and highest positive coincidence rate, the sac liquid antigen of C. pisiformis wad second in these respects; the antigenticity and cpecificity of C. tenuicollis were lower than those of the former two. But, examinating rate to Cysticercosis pisiformis with more than 10 C. pisiformis was better. The antigenicity of scolex and sac wall of C. pisiformis wad lower,the can' t be nced in immunodiagnosis of the disease.
