摘    要:电镜观察发现,向日葵锈菌性孢子器呈瓶状,内含大量单核的性孢子梗。性孢子产生主要为整体芽生环痕式,具瓶体式特点。每一性孢子梗可产生多个呈串生的性孢子,几乎都在性孢子梗上的同一位点产生。每形成一个性孢子后,都在性孢子梗上留下一环痕。锈孢子器呈筒状至喇叭状,其内排列着大量双核的长形锈孢子梗,可由上向下连续产生多个锈孢子.锈孢子梗通过产生隔膜先形成锈孢子原体,再分隔而形成锈孢子和分隔细胞。随进一步发育,分隔细胞与锈孢子脱离,锈孢子表面出现大量的瘤状结构。

Abstract:The pycnium and aecium, the ontogeny of pycniospore and aeciospor in puccinia holianthi were examined with scanning and transmison electron microscopy. The results from observation showed that the pycnium was in flask shape, containing numerous pycniosporephores with single nucleus. Pycnisopore formation was basically annellidic and with characteristics of phialidic development. A single pycniosporophor e-could produce in chain a number of pycniospores successively. Each succeeding pycniospore was produced at a nearly fixed locus on the pycniosporophore, on which an annular scar was left while each pycniospore was formed. The aecium was found to be cylinder or trumpet in shape, occupied by numerous prolonged aeciosporophores with binuclei. A number of aeciospores were successively produced on an aeciosporophore from upper to lower. An aeciospore initial was formed while a septation occured on an aeciosporophore, then the aeciopore initial undergoes a further septation to form an aeciospore and an intercalary cell. With further development ,the intercalary cell was disintegrated from the mature aeciospore and numerous warts appeared on the aeciospore surface.
