摘    要:[目的]建立与优化cDNA-AFLP试验体系。[方法]以经典cDNA-AFLP方案为基础,以高粱种子为材料,对试验体系进行研究,并且加以改良。[结果]得到的cDNA-AFLP试验方案以蒸馏水代替去离子水、以普通国产试剂代替进口试剂、以国产试验设备代替进口设备,降低了试验成本,减小了试验难度。[结论]建立了一套简便、经济、快速、安全、适合国内普通试验使用的cDNA-AFLP试验方法,为高粱分子育种的研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to establish and optimize cDNA-AFLP experimental system.[Method] Based on the classical experimental cDNA-AFLP scheme,sorghum seeds were taken as material to research and improve the system.[Result] The experiment plan of cDNA-AFLP was got that distilled water replaced deionized water,the common and homebred reagent replaced the imported reagent,domestic experiment equipment replaced the imported equipment.So the cost was reduced and the difficulty of experiment was reduced.[C...
