基于人力资源开发的新型农民教育培训体系的构建

我国农民整体素质不高,严重制约着农村产业结构的调整和现代农业的发展。开展农民教育培训,开发农村人力资源,是发展农业生产力和农村经济的需要,也是建设和谐社会的必然要求。要增加农村经济发展中的人力资源供给,就要重新构建新型农民教育培训体系,包括组织管理体系、结构体系、教学体系等方面。

Construction of the Educational Training System of New Peasant Based on Human Resources Development

The overall quality of peasant in China was not good,which seriously restricted the adjustment of rural industrial structure and the development of modern agriculture.Carrying out peasant educational training and developing rural human resources were the need of agricultural productivity and rural economic development,which were also the inevitable requirement of constructing harmonious society.In order to enhance the human resources supply in rural economic development,the educational training system of new peasant should be established including organization management system,structure system and teaching system.
