| 摘 要： | 自动取苗装置是移栽机的核心部件。针对硬质穴盘苗设计了一种利用顶苗爪将穴盘苗顶出，并由接苗板上的夹片夹持住穴盘苗基质，随后带动穴盘苗转动90°到放苗位置的机构；穴盘可以进行水平位置和纵向位置移动，从而实现穴盘中的苗按规则取出；整个装置的运动顺序由PLC进行控制，依靠气缸作为执行元件驱动。初步试验显示，自动取苗装置能够完成硬质穴盘苗的取苗作业，取苗速度达72株/min。

| Abstract: | Automatic pick seedling device is a major component of transplanter.Hard-plug-seedlings pick device was designed to push out the seedlings by seedling pushing fingers from the hard plug，then seedlings were received by two craps on the receive board，and turned 90° to the low position.Hard plug can move horizontal and vertical direction，so that all seedlings were pushed out according rules.Motion sequence of this device was controlled by PLC and actuator were cylinders.Experiment showed that this type of hard-plug-seedlings pick device could work and the speed was up to 72 piecesmin. |
