香料烟漂浮育苗播种机播种机构设计与试验

摘    要:针对现有的机械滚筒式及真空吸种式播种机不能满足香料烟漂浮育苗播种要求的现状,对播种机构进行改进:减少播种辊上的播种孔数量,降低加工难度;取消机械滚筒式播种机上的护种装置,减少设备使用过程中的维护难度。采用步进电机作为播种机构与压穴机构的驱动,并通过单片机对播种过程进行精确控制,实现精确落种,提高播种精度。试验证明,改进后的播种机构运行稳定,生产效率125盘h,空穴率0.89%,播种合格率99.1%,种子破损率0.51%,满足生产要求,在云南保山香料烟种植区域内得到了广泛推广应用。

Abstract:To solve the problem of seeding machine which with a drum or a vacuum suction for seeding can not be used in float seedling planting of oriental tobacco,seeding mechanism was designed.Number of planting hole sowing on stick was reduced,so that processing difficulty was reduced.Protective device for mechanical rotary seeding machine was canceled,so that maintaining difficulty of process was reduced.Seeding mechanism and acupoint pressing mechanism were driven by a stepping motor.Precise control of seeding process was realized by SCM.Planting precise was achieved and seeding precision was improved.Experiments showed that running of improved seeding mechanism was stable,production efficiency was 125 disch,vacancy rate was 0.89%,pass rate of seeding was 99.1%,seed damage rate was 0.51%.Need of production was met.The improved seeding machine has been widely applied in oriental tobacco planting region of Baoshan city in Yunnan province.
