| 摘 要： | 就如何提高农业推广硕士理论及实践教学质量进行了探讨，针对农业推广硕士主要来源于广大基层、理论基础较差、个体差异大、不能实现脱产学习，以及学生自主支配时间较少等问题分别提出了相应的解决对策，包括：强化课程体系设置，采取灵活机动的教学方式，实施双导师制教学指导，重视选题环节，实行金程监督指导等，从而有利于农业推广硕士研究生的培养工作健康有序地开展。
