摘    要:目的]了解八角属植物披针叶八角种内的遗传多样性和亲缘关系。方法]以"孩儿莲"等13个植物类型为试验材料,以木莲、白玉兰、香樟为外类群对照进行RAPD分析。结果]从35条随机引物中,筛选出多态性强、带型清晰、重复性好的随机引物20条,13个供试植物类型共扩增出154条DNA谱带,其中共有条带47条。利用NTSYSpc2.10e软件进行数据处理和分析,相似系数的变异在66.2%~90.3%。用UPGMA法进行聚类分析,可将13个供试植物类型划分为3个类群。结论]"孩儿莲"等13个供试植物有较近的亲缘关系,其遗传差异与地理因素之间未见确定联系。
