施氮水平对大豆吸收利用氮素及产量的影响

摘    要:本试验采用框栽方法,利用15N示踪,以(15NH4)2SO4作为标记氮肥,研究了施氮水平对大豆吸收利用氮素及产量的影响。结果表明,不同施氮水平对大豆的氮素积累和来源有明显影响,不同生育时期不同施氮水平的氮素积累量不同。高氮促进肥料氮的吸收,抑制根瘤固氮,肥料氮积累大小顺序为高氮>中氮>低氮(P<0.01),根瘤固氮大小顺序为低氮>中氮>高氮(P<0.01)。不同施氮水平对大豆产量有明显影响。低氮和中氮处理的产量明显高于高氮处理(P<0.01),而低氮和中氮处理无显著差异。

Abstract:Frame experiment(pot without bottom) was conducted to investigate the influence of nitrogen levels on absorption and utilization of nitrogen and yield of soybean.Nitrogen fertilizer was(15NH4)2SO4,which was labeled with 15N.The results showed that the effect of N levels on N-accumulation and N-source of soybean was significant,and N-accumulation was various on different development stages.High N level facilitated the absorp-tion of fertilizer-N,inhibited nitrogen fixation by nodules,fertilizer-N accumulatio...
