基于两阶段聚类法的荔枝果实主要性状分析

摘    要:应用两阶段聚类法,对广西60个荔枝品种的10个果实主要性状进行综合分析,结果分为6个品种类群:果皮片峰毛突平滑、暗红色品种类群Ⅰ;果皮片峰平滑尖刺、果圆形品种类群Ⅱ;果皮片峰平滑毛突、果心形品种类群Ⅲ;果皮片峰尖刺、肉爽脆品种类群Ⅳ;果皮片峰尖刺、果心形品种类群Ⅴ;果皮片峰尖刺、果圆形品种类群Ⅵ。结合果实性状对各类群的重要性分析,明确了各类群的重要性状及品种间的分类特性。分析结果客观、合理、可靠,与品种实际表现相吻合。

Abstract:By the Two-step-cluster,10 main characteristics of fruit in sixty Litchi varieties of Guangxi were analyzed.Based on the result,the 60 varieties were divided into six clusters:I,dark red skin with smooth peak peel;II,round fruit with smooth shape peak peel;Ⅲ,heart-shaped fruit with smooth peak peel;Ⅳ,sharp peak peel and crisp pulp;Ⅴ,heart-shaped fruit with shape peak peel and Ⅵ,round fruit with sharp peak peel.This method defined the important characteristics in a cluster and the classification among varieties.The conclusion was objective,reasonable and reliable and coincided with the field performance of a variety.
