摘    要:利用地面、高空常规观测资料和NCEP全球再分析资料,对2009年2月12~13日盘锦小雨转暴雪天气过程的环流背景和降雪原因进行了详细的分析,并以雨雪相态转换时间为着眼点,探讨了降水相态转换时间对该次降水预报的影响。结果表明,环流调整,极涡东移南下,冷空气活动频繁是影响盘锦2月份降水明显偏多的主要因子;冷暖空气势均力敌,长时间维持,西南急流提供充分的水汽条件,是造成盘锦强降雪的直接原因。
