| 摘 要： | 采用电子扫描显微镜对内蒙古荒漠地区６种珍稀濒危植物的花粉形态进行了详细观察和描述。结果表明：这６种植物的花粉形态各异，主要反映在花粉粒的形状、大小、萌发器官及表面纹饰等几个方面。由此可见，花粉粒表面性状特征主要是由遗传基因所决定的。因此，花粉粒的形态特征完全可以做为植物分类、鉴定的一项辅助指标。

| Abstract: | Pollen morphyology of 6 species of rare and endangered plants in Inner Mongolia desert area was observed by scanning electron microcope(SEM).The results showed that there were obvious differences among the pollen morphology in terms of shape,size,germinator and surface structures.Pollen morphological characteristics were mainly determined by genetic factors.Morphological feafure of pollen grain is an assistant index in plant identification and classifcation. |
