NaCl胁迫对不同苜蓿品种超氧化物歧化酶同工酶的影响

摘    要:采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,研究了不同浓度的NaCl胁迫对5个品种苜蓿SOD同工酶的影响。结果表明,在不同浓度的盐胁迫下,不同品种苜蓿,SOD同功酶酶活性和酶带数量存在差异。不同品种苜蓿对不同浓度的NaCl胁迫的反应不一,初步确定5个品种的抗盐性为:敖汉>Acbluej>Able>公农一号>龙牧803。2a和2b酶带为盐敏感条带。

Abstract:Effects of different concentrations of NaCl stress on five SOD isozymes of Medicago sativa was investigated through polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the SOD isozyme profile and activity in the different kinds of alfalfa changed with the concentration of salt increased. According to the different response of the five alfalfa under NaCl stress, the resistant capability to salt stress was detected, namely, Aohan>Acbluej>Able>No.1 Gongnong>Long mu 803. The isozyme bands of 2a and 2b were sensitive to NaCl stress.
