摘 要: | [目的]探求LiCl喷施糯玉米的最佳使用浓度和最佳喷施次数。[方法]以凤糯2476为供试品种,模拟pH值为3.0的酸雨条件,LiCl喷施浓度设6种:0、0.25、0.50、1.00、2.00、4.00mg/L,喷施1~5次,对糯玉米幼苗喷施后测定其对糯玉米幼苗的营养生长及其生理特性的影响。[结果]在模拟酸雨条件下,喷施0.50mg/LLiCl的处理效果最佳,可以促进糯玉米幼苗生长,增加干物质积累,促进根系生长,提高根系活力;酸雨胁迫次数不同,最佳缓解酸雨胁迫LiCl的浓度也有所差异,随着酸雨胁迫次数增加,缓解酸雨胁迫所需的LiCl浓度也在增加;多次喷施LiCl也可以增加缓解效果,表现在糯玉米株高、茎粗、干重及鲜重增加。[结论]建议在糯玉米生产中提前喷施LiCl,对于酸雨严重地区可以增加浓度及施用次数。

Effect of LiCl on Seedling Growth of Waxy Corn under Simulated Acid Rain |

Abstract: | [Objective] The study aimed to seek for the optimum using concn. and times of LiC for spraying the waxy corn. [Method] With Fengnuo 2476 as the tested material,the acid rain was simulated at pH of 3.0,and LiCl was sprayed on the on seedlings of waxy corn with 6 spraying concn. of 0,0.25,0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0 mg/L and with 1-5 times resp. to determine the effect of LiCl on the nutrition growth of waxy corn seedlings and its physiological characteristics after spraying. [Result] Under the simulated acid rain,spraying 0.5 m g/L LiCl could get optimum treating effects,which could improve the growth of waxy corn seedlings,increase the accumulation of dry matter,improve the growth of roots,and increase the root activity. The different spraying times of LiCl could cause the difference of the optimum cencn. of LiCl that could relieve the acid rain stress and the LiCl cencn. needed in relieving the acid rain stress was increasing with the increasing times of acid rain stress. Spraying LiCl by more times could increase the relieving effect,mainly showing the increase of the plant height,stem diameter,day weight and fresh weight of waxy corn. [Conclusion] It was suggested that early spraying LiCl should be conducted in the production of waxy corn and the spraying cencn. and times could increased in the areas that the acid rain was serious. |
