摘    要:以"新红龙"火龙果(Hylocereus undatus)种子为试材,通过模拟干旱胁迫方法探索不同浓度GB、SNP、ALA和Spd对12%PEG-6000干旱胁迫种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:0.5 mmol·L-1 GB、0.05 mmol·L-1Spd、8 mg·L-1 ALA和0.05 mmol·L-1 SNP能有效缓解种子的干旱胁迫,相应的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数分别为100.00%,96.00%和74.81、99.00%,75.33%和65.91、100.00%,90.00%和75.89、97.33%,85.33%和85.33。同时,4种外源物质均利于火龙果胚根和胚轴的生长,但对叶片的影响较小。

Abstract:Seeds of Hylocereus undatus were used as materials to explore the effect of different concentrations of GB,SNP,ALA and Spd on seeds germination and seedling growth by using 12% PEG-6000 to simulate the drought stress conditions.The results showed that 0.5 mmol·L-1 GB,0.05 mmol·L-1 Spd,8 mg·L-1 ALA and 0.05 mmol·L-1 SNP were effective at reducing the drought stress on seeds.The germination rate,germination potential and germination index of GB were100.00%,96.00% and 74.81,Spd were 99.00%,75.33% and 65.91,ALA were 100.00%,90.00%and 75.89,SNP were 97.33%,85.33% and 85.33.At the same time,four kinds of exogenous substances were beneficial to the growth of radicle and hypocotyl,but had less influence on leaves.
