深圳港口及海上石油平台风力资料在台风过程中的分析应用

摘    要:利用2010-2013年3个海上石油平台的自动气象站与深圳3个沿海港口自动气象站的风力资料,分析平台站风力、港口站风力的相关性、规律,得出港口站风力资料受环境地理位置影响较大,一般在台风影响情况下风力由大到小为盐田港、妈湾港、蛇口码头,盐田港最大风力威胁来自于台风东北象限的东南风;相对于盐田港,妈湾港与蛇口码头最大风力威胁来自于海面无陆地阻挡的西南风(急流)。平台站风力受地理环境影响不大,3个平台站风相关性较高。平台站风与港口站风在台风过程中协相关系数较高,滞后时间9~11 h左右,平台站风对于台风风力预估有较好的指示意义。

Analysis and Application of Wind Data of Shenzhen Port and Offshore Oil Platform in Typhoon Process

Abstract:Based on the wind data of three automatic weather stations on offshore oil platforms and three coastal port automatic weather stations in Shenzhen from 2010 to 2013,the correlation and regularity of wind power at platform stations and port stations were analyzed.The results showed that the wind power data of port stations were greatly influenced by the environment and geographical location. Generally,under the influence of typhoon,the wind power was Yantian Port,Mawan Port and Shekou Port from large to small. The biggest wind threat of Yantian Port came from southeast wind in northeast quadrant of typhoon. Compared with Yantian Port,the biggest wind threat of Mawan Port and Shekou Port came from the southwest wind which was not blocked by land on the sea surface. The wind power of platform stations was not affected by geographical environment,and the wind correlation of three platform stations was relatively high. The co-correlation coefficient between the platform station wind and the port station wind was high during the typhoon process,and the lag time was about 9-11 hours. The platform station wind had a good indication significance for typhoon wind prediction.
