| Abstract: | This paper deals with the preparation of solid active lactic acid bacteria. Lactic acid bacteria were cultured under suitable conditions, collected by centrifual seperation and dried by vacuum dehydration method at normal temperature. The amount of active lactic acid bacteria with good activity in the preparation was large. The method was of great value in production because of its simple technique and low cost. |
