两级压缩热泵干燥装置制冷剂的优选及性能研究

摘    要:通过优选两级压缩热泵系统的制冷剂,提高物料的干燥速率,给出优选的原则以及适合的高温制冷剂;并基于木材的两级压缩热泵干燥装置研究了旁通率对除湿量的影响,同时又根据不同蒸发温度下,物料的除湿量和除湿能耗比进行了分析研究,给出了其中的运行规律,以提高能量利用率。

Abstract:The refrigerant of the two stage compression heat pump dryer is gave and selected to improve the dryring rate pf the drying materials.The bypass ratios which have the effect of the dehumidification capicity in the process of the dry is presented.Based on the different evaporate temperature,the operation rules of the dehumidification capictiy and SMER are also discussed to improve the energy-saving.
