火焰法测定土壤中的锌前处理方法研究

摘    要:为了研究采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法分析测定土壤中锌时去酸效果对于测定结果的影响,通过对比几种土壤中的标准物质GSS和ESS的分析测定结果,比较不同去酸程度对分析测定的影响。结果表明,在使用同样的去酸效果下,在整个过程中不使用KClO4进行赶酸,在通过对几种土壤标准物质GSS和ESS的测试,检测结果都在标准值范围内。硝酸和氢氟酸并不是引起测定结果偏低的原因,通过试验结果证实土壤中锌测定的前处理去酸后的最终溶液体积为1.5~2.0 mL,此时能大幅提高分析结果的准确性。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of deacidification on the determination of zinc in soil, flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used. Methods: By comparing the determination of GSS and ESS in several soil reference materials, the effects of different degrees of deacidification on the determination were compared. Result: Under the same effect of acid removal, KClO4 was not used for acid removal during the whole process, and the results of GSS and ESS tests of several soil reference materials were within the standard values. Conclusion: Nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid are not the reasons for the low determination results. The experimental results show that the final solution volume of the pretreatment for the determination of zinc in soil after deacidification is 1.5-2 ml, which can greatly improve the accuracy of the analysis results.
