摘 要: | 以红枣为原料,经过水提醇沉工艺得到红枣可溶性膳食纤维,同时运用单因素统计方法优化提取工艺。结果表明,提取工艺为溶液pH值7、提取2次、超声功率120 W、乙醇体积倍数4。

Abstract: | The soluble dietary fiber of red jujube was obtained by water extraction and alcohol precipitation.The extraction process was determined to adjust the pH value of the solution to 7 and extract it for 2 times. The ultrasonic power was 120W and the multiple of ethanol was 4. |
