气相色谱法测定黄瓜中马拉硫磷农药残留量的不确定度评定

对气相色谱法测定黄瓜中马拉硫磷残留量过程进行研究,分析其不确定度来源并建立测量模型,评估各不确定度分量,计算出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明,影响结果测量不确定度的主要来源为标准溶液配制和样品重复测定。

Uncertainty Evaluation of Malathion Pesticide Residues in Cucumber by GC

Through the analysis of the determination process of Malathion pesticide residues in cucumber by gas chromatography(GC),Uncertainty sources of measure results were analyzed by establishing a measurement model,Components of uncertainty were evaluated,combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated.Results show that main uncertainty sources of measure results is preparation of standard solution and repeated determination.
