摘    要:我国受重金属污染的土地面积广大,因采矿等造成的环境和土壤重金属污染问题日趋严重。因金属矿床形成特点及开采方式单一等原因,造成Cd、Pb居于重金属复合污染前列。通过总结单一Cd、Pb污染对植物生理生化特征的影响以及Cd、Pb复合污染对植物生理生化及细胞结构的影响等研究进展,明晰土壤重金属Cd、Pb复合污染对植物影响和损害的研究热点,进而探明植物重金属胁迫的生理响应机制。

Research of the effect of Cadmium and Lead combined pollution on physiological and biochemical characteristics and cell structure for plant
Abstract:The large-scale area of our country is polluted by heavy metals. The pollution in the environment and soil caused by mining is becoming more and more serious. Due to the characteristics of metal deposit formation and single mining method, Cd and Pb are in the forefront of heavy metal pollution. Research Progress on the effects of combined pollution of Cd and Pb on plant physiology, biochemistry and cell structure, as while as the effects of single Cd and Pb pollution on physiological and biochemical characteristics of plants were summarized. It was clear that the research focus of the combined pollution of heavy metals Cd and Pb on plants affects and damages the plants, and the physiological response mechanism of plant heavy metal stress was further explored.
