L9(3^4)正交试验优化玉米芯多糖浸提工艺研究

摘    要:为增加玉米芯资源的附加值,以玉米芯为试验材料,以多糖为研究对象,通过对比分析和L9(34)正交试验设计等研究方法,重点考察不同浸提温度、时间和料液比对玉米芯多糖提取率的影响。结果表明:3因素对多糖得率的影响顺序为:温度〉浸提时间〉料液比;最佳提取工艺条件为浸提温度100℃、时间4h、料液比1:30,多糖平均得率为2.96%。

Study on Extraction Technology of Polysaccharide from Corn-cob by L_9(3~4) Orthogonal Test

Abstract:In order to increase the added value of corn-cob, an experiment of extracting polysaccharides in the corn-cob was conducted. Through a comparison analysis and L^9(3^4) orthogonal design, the extracting temperature, time and ratio of solid to liquid were investigated respectively. The results indicated that the temperature was most significant followed by the extracting time, the ratio of solid to liquid. The optimal conditions in the extracting procession were as follows: extracting time 4 h, temperature 100℃ and ratio of solid to liquid 1: 30. The extracting rate of polysaecharides could approach to 2.96% on the optimal conditions.
