海南蔬菜的安全生产与肥料施用

摘    要:分别在海南省海口、三亚、儋州等城市采集主要蔬菜品种的试验样品,测定蔬菜的硝酸盐含量。同时在海南花岗岩砖红壤上,针对如何降低叶菜硝酸盐含量的施肥措施进行田间试验。试验结果表明,采用适宜的施肥量、施肥时间和肥料品种能有效的降低蔬菜的硝酸盐含量。

Abstract:The major samples of vegetable varieties were collected from Haikou,Sanya,and Danzhou,and their nitrate was respectively analyzed.The field trail for reducing nitrate content in vegetable was conducted on granite laterite in Hainan.The result showed that the nitrate content could be decreased when adaptive fertilizer was applied with a feasible rate and well-timed.
