日粮中复合添加剂水平对鸡肉中胆固醇含量的影响

摘    要:以1日龄、健壮的艾维茵(Avian)肉仔鸡630只(公母各半)为试验动物,以自制的复合维生素、复合微量元素和复合生物活性物质添加剂为试验因素,采用3因子5水平二次回归通用旋转组合设计,平分成21个组(其中增设1个对照组),得到15种施用水平组合及其15种试验日粮,进行49d饲养试验。结果表明:采食11号日粮第11组试鸡,胸肌肉胆固醇水平最低,均值为88.85mg/100g,比增设的对照组低6.36%,差异极显著(P<0.01);试验条件下,肉鸡胸肌胆固醇水平与3种复合添加剂的施用水平呈极显著的回归关系,对二次回归数学模型寻优得出各复合添加剂(或其各个活性成分)在鸡饲粮中的最佳添加量分别是复合维生素1883.25mg/kgE287.02,C318.91,A4783.60(IU/kg),H0.480];复合微量元素4211.70mg/kg(Fe113.505,Cu132.43,Mn170.27,Cr1.14,Zn208.10,Se0.281);复合活性物质2081.27mg/kg(甜菜碱1945.89,大蒜素95.67)。

Abstract:By means of the quadratic regression general rotational combination design with three-factor and five-level, 630 one-day-old healthy avian broilers were randomly divided into 21 groups (one control and 20 treatments). Multi-vitamin, compound trace elements and compound active additive were the experimental factors. 20 out of 21 groups were fed with fifteen kinds of experimental diets, while the rest one was fed with normally diet as control. After 49 days, the results showed that the broilers in Group 11 fed with diet No 11 had the best characteristic and the cholesterol contents was being 88.85 mg/100 g , which was better than the control groups by 6.36% respectively (p<0.01). The experimental results suggested that the supplement levels of three compound additives be closely related with the cholesterol contents in broiler muscle. In the condition of this experiment, the optimal levels obtained by means of computerized regression analysis were: 1 883.25 mg/kg multi-vitaminE: 287.02, C: 318.91,A: 4 783.60(IU/kg) and H: 0.480], 4 211.70 mg/kg compound trace elements(Fe: 113.505,Cu: 132.43,Mn: 170.27,Cr: 1.14,Zn: 208.10 and Se: 0.281), and 2 081.27 mg/kg compound active additive (Betaine: 1 945.89 and allitridum: 95.67 ).
