摘    要:目前,利用微胶囊包埋保护益生菌已成为研究热点.本试验采用挤压法,选择不同种类的壁材进行复配,通过对益生菌的微胶囊化,来保护其免受外界不利环境影响.结果表明:制备益生菌微胶囊的最佳工艺为海藻酸钠3%,明胶0.2%,氯化钙2%,搅拌速度800 r/min.将益生菌微胶囊添加到日粮中可以提高仔猪生产性能和免疫力,并且添加量为...

Abstract:At present,it has become a hot spot to study the protection of probiotics by microcapsule embedding.In this experiment,different kinds of wall materials were selected by extrusion method to protect probiotics from adverse environmental effects through microencapsulation of probiotics.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the process of preparing probiotic microcapsules were as follows:sodium 3%,gelatin 0.2%,calcium chloride 2%,stirring speed 800 r/min.Adding probiotic microcapsules to the diet could improve the growth performance and immunity of piglets,and the effect was best when the dosage was 0.3%.
