摘    要:硒通过参与硒蛋白的合成在猪营养中发挥重要作用.硒蛋白是调节体内抗氧化系统的中心,其中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶是猪抗氧化功能研究最多的硒蛋白.但其他硒蛋白在公猪精液生产和维持精液质量中也有重要作用.公猪精液的特点是含有大量易氧化的长链多不饱和脂肪酸,需要有效的抗氧化防御.猪对硒的需求因环境和其他条件的不同而不同,同时处于繁殖期...

Abstract:Selenium plays an important role in pig nutrition by participating in the synthesis of selenium protein.Selenium protein is the center of antioxidant system in vivo,among which glutathione peroxidase is the selenium protein with the most studied antioxidant function in pigs.However,other selenium proteins also play an important role in boar semen production and maintenance of semen quality.Boar semen is characterized by a large amount of long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids which are easy to be oxidized and need effective antioxidant defense.The selenium requirements of pigs vary with different environmental and other conditions,and boars at breeding stage are particularly sensitive to selenium deficiency,so it is of great significance to meet selenium requirements.However,in many cases,selenium levels in raw materials are not accurately quantified,so it is difficult to determine whether the base diet is selenium deficient.In this paper,the sources of selenium in the market and its physiological effects on the nutrition and reproduction of boars were reviewed in order to improve the theoretical basis for the effective utilization of selenium in production.
