依法治国视域下饲料添加剂法律管理必要性分析

党的十九大以来,依法治国得到重新定位,被提升到了一个更加重要的高度,全面依法治国是新时代新时期的重要指示精神,依法治国是我国全面建成小康社会、全面推进建设法治社会的重要前提。我国饲料业从建设伊始发展以来,从最初的个人小作坊模式逐渐发展至今,饲料业已经是关乎畜牧业、养殖业等民生企业的农业大型支柱产业之一,我国作为农业大国,每年消耗的农产品数量巨大,其中畜牧业养殖业更是做出了突出贡献,作为其上游行业(饲料业)对其的影响不可忽视。饲料作为养殖动物成长过程中的重要材料,其质量直接影响到人们入口后的食材质量,饲料添加剂所含的微量元素是否超标,将会经过肉类、蛋类的二次销售而影响消费人群,故而饲料添加剂的严格管理十分必要,将饲料添加剂列入法律管理,形成书面规定,也是依法治国的一种表现形式。
