摘    要:生物饲料技术主要指通过微生物发酵,有效降解转化饲料中的抗营养因子,促进养分的消化吸收,分泌小肽、有机酸等功能物质,菌群演变是其重要内容。目前,发酵菌群的定量数据大多通过传统的依赖于培养的微生物学方法获得,由于其局限性,发酵饲料的微生物生态学尚未被很好地了解。因此,本文主要介绍了实时荧光定量PCR技术的原理和分类,综述了近年来实时荧光定量PCR技术在生物饲料研究领域中的应用及注意事项,为该领域的深入发展提供理论依据。

Abstract:Biological feed technology can effectively biodegrade anti-nutritional factors in feed,promote the digestion and absorption of nutrition,produce small peptides,organic acids and other functional factors through microbial fermentation,and the variation of microbial community is the vital part of it.Most of the quantitative data of fermentative microflora to date are obtained by conventional,culture-based microbiological method,and the microbial ecology of fermented feed has not been well understood because of its limitation.Accordingly,this paper mainly introduced the principle and classification of real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR.It also summarized the application and notes of real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR in the field of biological feed research in recent years,which aimed to provide the theoretical base for the further study of biological feed.
