| 摘 要： | 本文主要对我国金针菇菌糠资源情况、营养成分、作为饲料可行性分析、饲料化处理方法及其对营养成分的影响、在养殖业中的应用现状进行综述,并对金针菇菌糠饲料化应用存在的问题和方法提出自己的见解,以期使金针菇菌糠饲料化利用更加科学合理。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the resource situation,nutrient composition,feasibility analysis as feed,feed treatment method and its effect on nutrient composition,application status in breeding industry of Flammulina velutipes in China were summarized,the problems and methods of feed utilization of Flammulina velutipes bran were put forward in order to make the feed utilization of Flammulina velutipes bran more scientific and reasonable. |
