复合植物多糖对兔生长性能、消化代谢及免疫机能的影响

摘    要:为分析复合植物多糖对兔生长性能、消化代谢及免疫机能的影响,试验选择日龄、体重相近的新西兰仔兔100只随机分成4个组,每组25个重复,每个重复1只,1组饲喂基础日粮为空白对照组,试验2、3、4组在基础日粮中分别添加1.0%、1.5%、2.0%的复合植物多糖,试验期为30 d。结果显示:(1)试验3、4组的平均日增重较1组相比分别提高33.3%、27.7%(P<0.05),料重比较1组相比分别降低14.4%、10.6%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组平均采食量均高于1组(P>0.05);(2)试验3、4组干物质、粗蛋白质、粗纤维的养分表观消化率较1组比分别提高6.2%、8.0%、24.6%、4.4%、8.1%、24.6%(P<0.05);试验2、3、4组的总能及钙、磷的养分表观消化率均高于1组(P>0.05);(3)试验3、4组血清中的Ig G、IgA、IL-2含量较1组比分别提高10.3%、10.9%、24.1%、9.6%、9.3%、27.5%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组血清中的IgM、IL-6含量均高于1组(P>0.05)。结论表明,1.5%的复合植物多糖添加可以提高兔的生长性能、消化代谢及免疫机能。

Abstract:In order to analyze the effects of compound plant polysaccharides on growth performance,digestion and metabolism,and immune function of rabbits,100 New Zealand rabbits of similar age and weight were randomly divided into 4 groups,25 replicates in each group,1 in each replicate.Group 1 was fed with basic diet as blank control group,and groups 2,3 and 4 were added to basic diet respectively 1%,1.5%,2%compound plant polysaccharides.The experiment period was 30 days.The results showed that:(1)The average daily gain of groups 3 and 4 was 33.3%,27.7%higher than that of group 1(P<0.05),the ratio of feed to gain was 14.4%,10.6%lower than that of group 1(P<0.05).The average food intake of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05).(2)The apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein and crude fiber in groups 3 and 4 were 6.2%,8.0%,24.6%,4.4%,8.1%,24.6%higher than that in group 1(P<0.05).The total energy and apparent digestibility of calcium and phosphorus in groups 2,3 and 4 were higher than those in group 1(P>0.05).(3)The content of IgG,IgA,IL-2 in the serum of test groups 3 and 4 were 10.3%,10.9%,24.1%,9.6%,9.3%,27.5%higher than that of group 1(P<0.05).The levels of IgM and IL-6 in the serum of groups 2,3 and 4 were higher than that of group 1(P>0.05).In conclusion:1.5%compund plant polysaccharide could improve the growth performance,digestive metabolism and immune function of rabbits.
