Construction of staff incentive system in feed enterprises from the perspective of human capital value

With the rapid development of China’s economy in recent years,feed industry is also constantly developing and growing,feed companies are facing a severe competitive environment,in particular,the competition for talents becomes white-hot.For better survival and sustainable development,feed companies need to cultivate and motivate talents,meanwhile,implementing reasonable and scientific incentive system is also necessary.In this paper,the current situation and problems of staff incentive system in feed enterprises were deeply analyzed,an how to establish staff incentive system in feed enterprise from the perspective of human capital value was discussed,in order to promote better development of feed enterprises in the future.
