中草药制剂对鸭生长性能、抗氧化及病毒性肝炎的保护作用

摘    要:本研究旨在评估中草药制剂老鼠簕对感染鸭肝炎病毒肉鸭的生长性能、抗氧化及肝脏保护作用。选择平均初始体重为(48.63±0.06)g的肉鸭600只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复30只。对照组肉鸭饲喂基础日粮(不处理),试验组肉鸭注射0.15?mL/只鸭肝炎病毒B,分别饲喂基础日粮+0、40和80?mg/kg中草药制剂。结果:T1组肉鸭42?d体重、22~42?d日增重最低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,T1组肉鸭22~42?d饲料报酬显著降低1.5%(P<0.05),同时在整个试验阶段,T1组肉鸭饲料报酬较其他组分别显著降低8.33%、6.38%和6.38%(P<0.05)。T1组肉鸭42?d血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性最低(P<0.05),但21和42?d血清丙二醛含量及肝脏谷草转氨酶(AST)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性最高(P<0.05)。对照组肉鸭肝脏无病变的样品数显著高于试验组(P<0.05),T2组肝脏处于轻微病变数显著高于其他组(P<0.05),而T1组肝脏处于严重病变的样品数最高(P<0.05)。结论:日粮添加中草药制剂(老鼠簕)对肉鸭病毒性肝炎无抵抗作用,但其可以通过提高血清抗氧化酶活性,降低肝脏转氨酶、缓解病毒性肝炎所致的损伤作用。 关键词]中草药|鸭|生长性能|抗氧化|病毒性肝炎

Abstract:The objective of this study was to evaluate the growth performance,antioxidant and liver protective effects of Acanthopanax ilicifolius on ducks infected with duck hepatitis virus.A total of 600 ducks with an average initial body weight of(48.63±0.06)g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 30 ducks in each replicate.The ducks in the control group were fed with the basic diet(without treatment),and the ducks in the experimental group were injected with 0.15 ml of duck hepatitis virus B.the ducks in the experimental group were fed with the basic diet+0,40 and 80 mg/kg of Chinese herbal medicine respectively.Results:T1 group had the lowest body weight at 42 days and daily gain at 22~42 days(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the feed reward of T1 group was significantly reduced by 1.5%(P<0.05)in 22~42 days,and the feed reward of T1 group was significantly reduced by 8.33%,6.38%and 6.38%(P<0.05)in the whole experimental stage.The serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH PX)activity of T1 group was the lowest at 42 days(P<0.05),but the serum malondialdehyde content and liver AST and ALT activity were the highest at 21 and 42 days(P<0.05).The number of samples with no liver lesions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experiment(P<0.05),the number of samples with mild liver lesions in T2 group was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05),and the number of samples with severe liver lesions in T1 group was the highest(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine(Acanthopanax ilicifolius)has no resistance to duck viral hepatitis,but it can improve the activity of serum antioxidant enzymes,reduce liver transaminase and alleviate the damage caused by viral hepatitis.
