F2型引诱剂对辽宁云杉花墨天牛诱捕效果试验

为探究辽宁省松材线虫病发生区林间云杉花墨天牛Monochamus saltuarius Gebler种群发生规律,验证F2型引诱剂对云杉花墨天牛诱捕效果,2018年5-8月在辽宁省抚顺市和丹东市开展了诱捕天牛试验。结果显示:F2型引诱剂对云杉花墨天牛具有较好引诱效果,在抚顺、丹东试验松林内,F2型引诱剂共诱捕到天牛14种,其中云杉花墨天牛诱捕量最多,占诱捕总量的60%以上;抚顺试验林地云杉花墨天牛诱捕量显著高于丹东试验林地,两地诱捕到的其他天牛在数量和种类上均存在明显差异。云杉花墨天牛在抚顺和丹东的羽化期存在差异,抚顺羽化盛期在6月1日至7月27日,末期在8月24日;丹东羽化盛期在5月20日至6月23日,末期在8月8日;F2型引诱剂在抚顺和丹东试验林地持效期较长,可达60~90 d;诱捕器悬挂高度2,3,4 m诱捕效果差异不明显。

Field trapping experiment of Monochamus saltuarius Gebler with F2 attractant in Liaoning province

To assess population dynamics and the trapping efficiency of Monochamus saltuarius Gebler,a vector beetle of pine wood nematode in Liaoning province,the casual agent of the destructive pine wilt disease,we conducted the field trapping experiment with F2 attractant in Fushun city and Dandong city from May to August 2018.The results showed that F2 attractant was effective in trapping M.saltuarius.Fourteen species of other cerambycid beetles were also trapped by F2 attractant at the same time.M.saltuarius accounted for over 60%of the total catches with significant more catches of M.saltuarius in Fushun site than that in Dandong site.The adult emergence peak period in Fushun was from June 1 st to July 27,and the emergence period end was in August 24,while the emergence peak period in Dandong was from May 20 to June 23,and the emergence period end was in August 8.F2 attractant had long effective term in Fushun and Dandong with the duration of 60~90 days.There was no significant difference in trapping catches among trap hanging heights at 2,3,4 m above the ground.
