植物乳酸杆菌提取物对肉羊生长性能、养分表观消化率及经济效益的影响

为研究植物乳酸杆菌提取物对肉羊生长性能、养分表观消化率及经济效益的影响,试验采用单因素随机设计,选择日龄、体重相近的杂交肉羊100只随机分成4组,每组25个重复,每个重复1只,1组饲喂基础日粮为对照组,试验2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加1.5%、2.0%、2.5%的植物乳酸杆菌提取物,预试验7 d,试验期56 d。结果表明:(1)试验3、4组平均日增重较1组比分别提高14.4%、13.9%(P<0.05),料重比较1组比分别降低22.1%、19.9%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组的平均采食量均高于1组(P>0.05);(2)试验2、3、4组干物质、钙、磷的表观消化率均高于1组(P>0.05);试验3、4组粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率较1组比分别提高20.7%、18.2%、12.8%、11.5%、24.3%、22.4%(P<0.05);(3)试验3、4组的毛利润最高,较1组比分别提高12.2%、9.5%。综上所述,不同水平的植物乳酸杆菌提取物可以提高肉羊生长性能、养分表观消化率及经济效益,以2.0%添加为适宜。

Effects of Lactobacillus extracts on growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility and economic benefits of mutton sheep

In order to study the effects of Lactobacillus extracts on growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility and economic benefits of mutton sheep.100 crossbred sheep of similar age and weight were randomly divided into 4 groups,25 replicates in each group and one replicate in each replicate.Group 1 was fed with basic diet as control group,and 1.5%,2.0%,2.5%plant Lactobacillus extracts were added to basic diet in experiment 2,3 and 4 groups respectively.The experiment lasted for 56 days.The results showed that:(1)The average daily gain of groups 3 and 4 was 14.4%and 13.9%higher than that of group 1(P<0.05),the ratio of feed to gain of groups 3 and 4 was 22.1%and 19.9%lower than that of group 1(P<0.05),the average feed intake of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05);(2)The apparent digestibility of dry matter,calcium and phosphorus of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05);The apparent digestibility of crude protein,neutral washing fiber,acid washing fiber of groups 3 and 4 were 20.7%,18.2%and 12.8%,11.5%and 24.3%,22.4%higher than that of group 1(P<0.05);(3)The gross profit of groups 3 and 4 was the highest,which was 12.2%and 9.5%higher than that of group 1.In conclusion,different levels of plant Lactobacillus extracts could improve the growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility and economic benefits of mutton sheep,and 2.0%was suitable.
