半胱胺对仔鹅体内活性巯基含量的影响

摘    要:选用3周龄的东北大白鹅14只,随机分为对照组和半胱胺(CS)组。日粮中添加CS100mg·kg-1BW,饲喂5周后,检测肌肉、肝脏中活性巯基(-SH)的含量。结果表明,CS组肌肉中-SH比对照组升高7.14%;肝脏中-SH比对照组升高2.67%(P>0.05)。另选装置翅静脉血管瘘的9周龄东北大白鹅6只,采用与上一试验相同的分组和饲喂方法。分别于第64,66,68日龄定时采血4次,检测其中-SH的含量及动态变化。结果表明,饲喂CS后,血液中-SH升高13.01%,较对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。一周内,CS组血液中-SH的变化趋势为先上升后下降。第三天达最高值,比对照组高42.30%(P<0.05)。表明,半胱胺对仔鹅的肌肉、肝脏及血液中活性巯基含量无显著影响。

Abstract:Forteen Northeast white geese at the age of21days were divided randomly into control group and cysteamine ( CS ) group.At age of56days,the content sulfhydryl groups ( -SH ) in muscle and liver were mea - sured.The results indicated that in CS group,the content of muscle increased by7.14%and the content of liv - er increased by2.67%respectively compared with the control group,but the difference was not significant.An - other six Northeast white geese at the age of63days with temporary intubatton in the wing vein were divided randomly into control group and CS group.The blood sample were collected at the age of64,66,68days,re - spectively,4times a day at a certain time and measured the content of-SH in it.The results indicated that the content of-SH of the blood sample in CS group increased by13.01%and the difference was not significant compared with the control group ( P>0.05 ) .In a week,the content of-SH of the blood sample in CS group in - creased,then decreased and it was highest at3rd day and increased by42.3%compared with the control group,the difference was significant ( P<0.05 ) .All the results indicated that effect of CS on-SH of muscle,liver,and blood in geese was not significant and induced that CS may not be residue in little geese.
